When you purchase products or have a repair carried out on your device, you are entering into a contract with us. We will collect personal information such as:

  • Contact numbers
  • Passcode for your device

In our stores, we use CCTV for security monitoring purposes.

We will never share your personal details with third parties.

We will only use and share your personal data when we have a proper reason to do so, as required by the Data Protection Act. These reasons include:

  • Contract: We use your personal information to help us and you uphold any warranty that we offer. We also hold a record of all repairs you have carried out to help us uphold any warranty you may have.

  • Consent: We will only use your personal information for warranty purposes if you agree. We may also contact you to let you know about any promotional offers and services that may be of interest to you. We may use the passcode of your device to access all of the functions post-repair to check everything is functioning correctly. You can remove the passcode yourself after the repair.

  • Legal Obligation: We may share your information when there is a legal requirement to do so, such as for law enforcement purposes.
