When you purchase products or have a repair carried out on your device, you are entering into a contract with us. We will collect personal information such as:

• Contact numbers
• Passcode for your device

In our stores, we use CCTV for security monitoring purposes.

• Contract: We use your personal information to help us and you uphold any warranty that we offer. We also hold a record of all repairs you have carried out to help us uphold any warranty you may have.

We may use the passcode of your device to access all of the functions post-repair to check everything is functioning correctly. You can remove the passcode yourself after the repair.
